Cabo San Lucas's Best Accommodation Secret

We cannot say enough about our experience at Casa Mario. This was a special trip with our adult sons and my mother-in-law and we could not have asked for a better time. From beginning to end our trip went seamlessly from the transportation that the owner arranges to and from the airport to a fully, I mean fully stocked house with everything you can think of that you may need or want! The housekeeper that comes during your stay works so hard to ensure everything is perfect. They really go the extra mile to ensure your stay is a wonderful experience. The binder with all of the information that they put together includes suggestions of things to see and do as well as good places to eat. It feels like you're in a very private, tropical oasis and then you step out onto the sidewalk and town is just minutes away! Everything is within walking distance! We highly recommend this being your place to stay if you go to Cabo San Lucas! Thank you Casa Mario! We will definitely be back!!

Casa Mario is AMAZING!! The location cannot be beat and having a private pool is the icing on the cake. Our group of 10 was very comfortable in this home. We especially appreciated that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen was well appointed for cooking, there were plenty of beach towels and bath towels, overall we had everything we needed. The housekeeping throughout our stay was another added bonus. We felt safe and secure. Tim’s communication was excellent. We would love to stay here again!

Casa Mario is a beautiful house (or compound should I say) It’s new kitchen has all the amenities anyone would need. The bedrooms are private, spacious and clean. The pool is a great alternative to going to the beach. We walked to the beach and many restaurants in just a few minutes. The downtown and marina were also an easy walk too! I will be recommending Tim’s house to everyone I know.

My stay at Casa Mario went above and beyond expectations. Tim and his staff were extremely helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had. Having our own pool at such a hot time in Cabo was a game changer! My friends and I had an amazing time and I can't wait to be back.

Amazing location, great host, driver and maid service. This house is placed right in the middle of anything and everything you could want to do while in Cabo. Would love and will come back and stay in this house when returning to Cabo!

Casa Mario was an incredible setting for our 10 year friend reunion. Great space, all the amenities, convenient location for everything you need, fantastic pool and enough comfy bedrooms for the whole team. Tim was also great about communicating with us and meeting our adjustable needs. I also recommend the driver Jorge for airport pickup. Great guy!

Great location with no surprises. The description and all the pictures were accurate. The driving company was so accommodating and on time! My friends and I enjoyed it all!

Tim's place is just as awesome as the other comments say that it is. I went with a group of 7 guys in March, and our stay could not have been better. It is a 4-minute walk to the beach and a 7-minute walk to all of the bars and clubs downtown. Make sure to check out Tim's food suggestions too because they are all outstanding.

Phenomenal house, location, price, and host. Would highly recommend it to anyone planning on traveling to Cabo. Minutes walk to anywhere of interest; beach, downtown, any bars. Definitely make it over to Gardineas for a fish taco if you stay here, just one block over!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing weekend here for my bachlorette! Walking distance to everything including the beach, the marina, and Bar Esquina which has everything from strong coffee to late night drinks. I would also recommend using Jorge’s transportation services. Would love to come back to Casa Mario!

I rented Tim’s place for my 30th birthday and I had 8 friends with me. This house was great for us everyone had their own space and the location was prefect because all the places we wanted to go were walkable. I would definitely recommend this place for groups we felt very safe and had a great time.

Tim’s home is outstanding. The location is perfect for the beach, and there are multiple excellent eating options VERY close by. The house is clean and spacious, and there are numerous amenities (mall, grocery store etc) within a very short walk. Tim is very responsive and a great host. We had a terrific time.
