<p>Tim’s home is outstanding. The location is perfect for the beach, and there are multiple excellent eating options VERY close by. The house is clean and spacious, and there are numerous amenities (mall, grocery store etc) within a very short walk. Tim is very responsive and a great host. We had a terrific time.</p>
