Book directly with Tim the owner using Venmo as a deposit to hold your dates, then either pay the balance with check or credit card directly with Tim. When securing the dates Tim will block them in Airbnb and you will see your dates blocked, and once blocked, you will have the confidence to get your airfare booked. Venmo is: @Tim-Davidson-44

By keeping the middle men of Airbnb and VRBO out of the equation, we are able to extend this discount. Actual savings will be even greater than 15% when booking directly with Tim as they (Airbnb and VRBO) tack on additional fees.
