Step 1: Either fill out the form below, send Tim an SMS, or call 916-838-7578 to request your dates.
Step 2: We will respond within 24 hours (usually right away) to confirm availability and take your deposit via Venmo (@Tim-Davidson-44). Once secured, we will block your dates on Airbnb and VRBO.
Step 3: 30 days prior to your stay, pay the remaining balance by check or Venmo.
