Roasted the restaurant opened its doors around January 2015. It is located just across the street from Casa Mario and to the right, around the corner from Chamuyo. We had tacos there twice in May, but hadn't sat downfor a full dinner. In May, we found the rib-eye tacos and the shrimp tacos to be quite good, with the tortillas hand made, nice and thick.
When we returned in February we had more time and had two dinners there. One was the fresh tuna, served absolutely perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, but not too overwhelming. The second meal was a platter of grilled meats including shrimp, lobster, and steak. Both meals were very good and a fair value.
The real treat was meeting and getting to know the owners, Xavier and his wife Claudia, and Xavier's brother Andres. What a fun group. Hilarious. We had a real good time and will be back for sure. February 2016
